Dr. Elizabeth Jack Rich

Dr. Elizabeth Jack-Rich is a distinguished entrepreneur, investor, and strategic business leader with cross-sector experience spanning infrastructure development, energy, aviation, real estate, and large-scale urban projects. She serves as a Co-Owner of Aba Smart City, contributing strategic oversight, investment leadership, and international business expertise to the project.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elin Group, Dr. Jack-Rich leads a diversified conglomerate with interests across Africa and international markets. Her work focuses on sustainable development, economic transformation, and the creation of scalable commercial ecosystems that integrate technology, infrastructure, and human capital.

Within the Aba Smart City initiative, Dr. Jack-Rich plays a critical role in project ownership, long-term visioning, and stakeholder alignment, supporting the development of a modern, technology-driven commercial city designed to catalyze industrial growth, innovation, and employment in Abia State and the wider Southeast region of Nigeria.

Beyond corporate leadership, she is the Founder of the Elizabeth Jack-Rich Aid Foundation (EJR-Aid), a philanthropic organization dedicated to education, youth empowerment, women’s economic inclusion, and community development.
