1. What is Aba Commercial Smart City (ACSC)?

ACSC is a 140-hectare Public–Private Partnership project between the Abia State Government and ACSC Ltd, designed as a modern commercial hub with shops, warehouses, logistics, residential, and smart infrastructure facilities.

The Smart City is strategically situated along the Enugu–Port Harcourt Highway in Aba, Abia State — Nigeria’s leading industrial and commercial center.

The project offers 19,008 purpose-built shops, 580 warehouses, industrial units, corporate offices, banking halls, hotels, and multipurpose blocks, all integrated into a smart ecosystem.

The project is officially endorsed by the Abia State Government and championed by His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, Governor of Abia State, alongside a distinguished leadership team.

Unlike traditional markets, ACSC provides modern infrastructure: renewable energy, bonded terminal for international trade, advanced security, logistics parks, and integrated residential and lifestyle facilities.

Businesses can secure shop or warehouse units, partner in facility management, logistics, or energy distribution, or collaborate in specialized services within the Smart City.

Phase 1 (5,000 units) is scheduled for delivery within 16–36 months, with construction and sales running in parallel to ensure rapid activation.

The Smart City will generate tens of thousands of jobs, strengthen Nigeria’s GDP through formalized trade and exports, and provide sustainable revenue streams for government, entrepreneurs, and organizations.

ACSC integrates 24/7 security coverage, police and fire stations, CCTV networks, and controlled access points to ensure safety for businesses, goods, and visitors.

You can secure your space by contacting ACSC through the official website, downloading the brochure, or scheduling a site visit to experience the project firsthand.
